Cacao is known as the food of the Gods for a reason! It is a beautiful and gentle heart opener that helps you approach your day with an air of creativity and a deep sense of love and reverence for yourself and humanity. The experience of cacao in ceremony is equally beautiful and can help aid you in getting to the door that enters other realms as founder, Keith would say. While cacao will not push you through any doors it certainly brings you up to it, and should you choose to cross over you will be able to see what lies beyond.

Personally, I love a smaller dose daily as part of my meditation and grounding practice. I drink it blended with my favorite oat milk, cinnamon and agave.
